Bride-to-be Denise Welch is tying the knot with boyfriend Lincoln Townley today and the nervous bride says she can hardly wait. The couple are getting married following a two year romance
Welch and her guests jetted off to Portugal on easyjet last week for the nuptials but her good mood was soured after celebrity magazine Bella ran a front page story that claimed her son would not be attending the wedding. It also ran what Welch believes was a deliberately unflattering picture.
The Loose Women presenter hit back on twitter urging her followers to boycott the magazine tweeting: “Please lovely gang don’t buy this @bellamagazineUK . Truly horrible cover again. Very hurtful to me and Matty.”
However, being in the company of Loose Women Kate Thornton, Andrea McLean and Carol McGiffin has helped her chill and reveal that she is “having a wonderful time”
The bride-to-be also posted a photo of herself with former Coronation Street co-star Angela Lonsdale, who is one of her bridesmaids.
She tweeted: ‘So thrilled to be with so many friends and family the night before my wedding to @LincolnTownley.’
