Sixty players from throughout the County played in the Handicap Trophy at Warrington Golf Club.
Played in rare warm sunshine, the Warrington course proved an exacting test for the players.
The eventual winner was local member, John Arber, with score of 70 – 4 Nett 66 to win by 3 shots from Iain Cole (Hazel Grove GC) on 75 – 6 Nett 69.
The best Gross score was won by Daniel Swales (Sandiway GC) with a score of 74 by virtue of Arber having won the Handicap Trophy.
